Maxi dress from: BEBE The LOW DOWN on the bangs: Okay, so I got those clip in bangs from a little place in NYC called Heleina's. (I think it was on 8th and 31st) I walked in and they fitted me with a cap, then took me to the salon section and they cut them in the shape I wanted (I decided on a fringe instead of side bangs, because I thought it was a bolder statement.) So they cut them, I paid, and we left. I'm really pleased with them, and since its real human hair, I can style it anyway I want! I don't know if you can get any online.. I guess just try google!
